11.1 Agreements for ongoing Services shall continue until terminated by either party.

11.4 On termination, the Client remains liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government action.
